Residential Details

Our small and cozy home is limited to 6 maximum resident family members. The basic monthly room rate includes housekeeping, laundry, home cooked meals, and all available facilities and activities of the Del Webb Senior Community (Club dues, arts, and crafts supplies are extra). Level 2 Assisted Living services are available in addition to the basic room and board rate.

We offer family style meals, often prepared Italian style, and encourage residents to assist in the planning of meals and sharing of favorite recipes.

Small, compatible pets are welcome, though an additional monthly maintenance charge and/or security deposit may be required, as well as a pre-admission health screening for the pet.

Children (healthy and well, not sick please) are encouraged to visit. In fact, we have four sweet grandsons (ages 3 to 14) who regularly visit our residents.

Health insurance, Alzheimer’s screening, credit checks, security deposits, and pre-admission health screenings for residents and pets are required.

We have a seven passenger van and often take residents out to movies, the Del Web club house, pool, and other places and activities. We also have the “Sun City Scooter” available.
